Matchprint™ III negative color proofing films for SWOP™, Commercial or new Lo-Gain applications are part of the industry-leading Matchprint™ system that simulates process ink hues and densities for a variety of press configurations. The ink pigment colors are designed to match the specifications for web offset publications (SWOP) or to simulate the characteristics of commercial or low-gain presses.

Each sheet consists of a color coating on a 0.002-inch (0.05 mm) polyester carrier sheet. Production of a Matchprint™ III proof involves three steps for each color: Laminate, Expose and Process. Deglossing is an optional step using the laminator to produce a matte finish on proofs if desired.

Standard process colors include Yellow, Magenta, Cyan and Black. Sixteen custom Matchprint™ colors are also available for more versatile proofing applications: Red, Green, Blue, Light Blue, Brown, Orange, Light Grey, Dark Grey, Beige, Rubine, Yellow, Metallic Silver, Metallic Gold, Pink, Purple and Opaque White .
